Welcome to TalentHatch (or "TH"), a new, free website where young people around the world (under age 25) can share their performing arts talent by posting videos of their performances in a special website dedicated specifically to them. TH also allows schools and other organizations to create profiles and post videos of performances of their own students.
TalentHatch is excited to introduce two hatches. TH-Broadway enables users to show off their theatrical abilities by posting videos of their musical theatre, dramatic, and comedic performances. TH-Music enables users to exhibit their musical abilities by posting videos of their vocal and instrumental performances.
Both hatches allow users to search, rate, and comment on videos and enter regular contests. TalentHatch welcomes all levels of talent, from the novice to the professional and especially encourages the posting of original work. TalentHatch is excited to announce its revolutionary new partnership with StudentsLive, the Leading Broadway Education Company, to take StudentsLive’s MasterClass series to the web. Since 2000, StudentsLive, has offered a series of Broadway Educational programs in New York City, Nationally and Internationally in partnership with various Broadway Shows to over 100,000 participants. Such programs are conducted by StudentsLive’s Broadway Actors and other Behind-The-Scenes Broadway Professionals and feature workshops on Acting, Singing and/or Dancing, and Behind-The-Scenes Theater Arts Disciplines. These disciplines fulfill National Curriculum Standards and Girl/Boy Scout Theater Badges.
The Premiere of the StudentsLive MasterClass Webinar is targeted for launch in the fall of 2011, and will bring StudentsLive’s Award-Winning Live Program into living and classrooms via the internet across the world. The classes will take place in partnership with StudentsLive on our website and will feature instruction by and interaction with StudentsLive’s High-Profile Broadway Performers and Professionals.
